Stakeholder Meetings.
Introduction
Starting off with the project, it was important to have the right people involved to help guide the project. As part of my project management responsibilities, I setup weekly meetings spanning the duration of my internship with key stakeholders. The purpose of these meetings was to involve them in the project and keep them updated on the progress. The stakeholders included:
- Pim de Brabander (Front-end Developer)
- Mick Roovers (Strategy Consultant/Marketing)
- Bavo Janss (Chapter Lead)
- Friso Geerligns (Technology Director)
Abstract
Every Tuesday a meeting was planned for 15 to 30 minutes. These weekly meetings helped everyone involved understand what was happening, ask questions, and give feedback. They were a place where everyone could talk openly and helped the project run smoothly. Each meeting was not only about questions and feedback, but also a small brainstorm session. During these meetings a lot of cool ideas came up, which was really helpful for the project.
Conclusion
These weekly sessions with everyone involved were important to the project's success. They made sure everyone knew what was going on and let me make changes based on their feedback. In the end, this organized way of talking and working with everyone was efficient and worked well.
