Introduction

I made two detailed personas to show who the end users are: Jasper van den Berg and Bas de Wit. These personas help to show what the target audience needs, likes, and wants. This way I can make sure the tool meets their needs and solves their problems.

Abstract

Persona 1

Jasper van den Berg is a 32-year-old marketer from Eindhoven. He loves working in creative and busy settings. He has a background in marketing strategy and digital communications. Jasper likes innovation and teamwork. He wants to make the process of creating web pages easier and faster by automating repetitive tasks. Jasper doesn’t like boring manual work and inefficiencies.

 

Persona 1

Bas de Wit is a 25-year-old marketer from Utrecht. He focuses on webshop marketing, especially online campaigns and product promotions. Bas is known for his strategic thinking and attention to detail. He wants to make it easier to turn ideas into web pages and make workflows smoother to increase productivity. Bas dislikes messy workflows, old fashioned marketing strategies, and doing the same tasks over and over.

Conclusion

Creating these personas was important for developing the tool. By understanding what the end users need and what they’re like, I can better make the tool to solve their problems, like automating repeating tasks and making workflows simpler. This makes sure the final product will not only meet their needs but also make their overall experience better and more satisfying.
