Introduction
To get a good foundation for the POC, I created a requirements document. This document holds all the requirements for things like AI models, services, etc. for the tool. All the requirements are based off the previous research done like interviews and studies.
Abstract
First, I explained the context and purpose of the POC to define its goals. I did this by explaning the target audience and the feedback they gave me in order to help the tool meet their needs. I also explain the functional requirements through user stories, which helps to understand the specific needs of different users like marketing managers, content creators, and developers.
To prioritize the features of the tool I used the MoSCoW method, which splits the functionalities into "Must have," "Should have," and "Could have." This prioritization is important for focusing on the most important features first. On the technical side I explained the frontend and backend technologies, coding standards, AI models, and infrastructure needed for the project.
Conclusion
Creating the POC requirements document was an important for the development the tool. By defining the context, purpose, and target audience and functional and technical requirements, I have a better roadmap for the project. This document will help with the development process by making sure that the tool meets the needs of the user and technical requirements.
